1) Introduction

This machine is a specialized filling and capping equipment for plastic VTM tubes. The system automatically manages tubes through a bottle unscrambler, feeding them into an aliquot plate. The plate performs intermittent movements of twenty-four halves. Filling is executed via a peristaltic pump station, followed by an automatic capping process that includes pre-twisting and final tightening by a descending capping head. Finished bottles are then seamlessly discharged to the labeling conveyor.
