3. Low Flow Rate: Inhale at a rate to raise only the ball in the first chamber. The second chamber ball must remain in place. Hold for three seconds or as long as possible.
4. High Flow Rate: Inhale at a rate to raise the first and second chamber balls. Ensure that the third chamber ball remains in the rest position.
5. Relax: Take out the mouthpiece and exhale normally. Rest for a moment before repeating as per instructions.
