Our standard MOQ is a 1*20GP container. However, for new customers, we offer some flexibility depending on specific requirements and OEM service needs.
What is the expected delivery date for orders?
For standard sizes, delivery is typically 5-15 days after payment. For OEM services, it takes about 20-30 days to complete production line adjustments.
Can I request free samples before placing an order?
Yes, we provide free samples. You only need to cover the express shipping fee or provide your international express account number (DHL, UPS, or FedEx).
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit in advance and the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
Do you provide customization (OEM/ODM) services?
Absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM services, including customized back sheet designs, special sizing (up to XXXXL), and unique material specifications.
